When you arrive, our friendly front-desk team will greet you. They’ve likely already spoken with you by phone or email and may remember details about your appointment. Feel free to relax in our cozy lobby while you wait—our goal is to keep your waiting time short.

Initial Records
Our team will take initial records, including x-rays, photos, and/or an intraoral scan, to help us understand your orthodontic needs.

Meet Dr. Yau
You’ll meet with Dr. Osuri Yau for an introductory exam to assess orthodontic challenges and discuss possible treatments, expected time commitment, and any other information you need to make informed decisions. There are no “dumb” questions—ask anything that will help you feel confident in your orthodontic journey.

Financial Consultation
Our experienced financial coordinator will guide you through all investment options. We participate with most major insurance plans, offering both in-network and out-of-network benefits. Share your insurance details in advance so we can create a personalized treatment plan and payment options that fit your benefits.
